Puerto Vallarta fishing report April
Puerto Vallarta fishing report in April means some blue water and all kinds of bait fish moving into our fishing area. This is going to heat up the fishing with all kinds of peligic moving into our beatiful bay. We're going to start seeing more striped Marlin the big blues and the quck black and many more sailfish. The dorados will be right behind them following in the huge schools are sardines and theother bait balls we're seeing right now here in Puerto Vallarta Mexico.
Inside the bay we are still see crazy fishing action and and on the southern side of the bay, We are reportingl seeing lots of fish by Los Animas on the south side. Lot of these trips were doing in 6 hours Great action for fantastic fishing for the spring break and families that are coming down. Over on the North side seeing similar fishing action but a few more Snapper and some dorados over by Punta Mita.
Offshore action that's good as it gets. I'm seeing some striped Marlin occasionally along with a blue or black. As the bait moves in a little closer will be getting to see more Marlin of all kinds. Sailfish are always in the same area following the bait. We've been watching our Terrafin charts putting us on top of the clear water and the perfect temperatures. The Captains are using lots of skip Bates with some high-speed lures and this seems to be very effective. Always live bait is still one of the best ways to catch fish using pitch baits. Live bait never leave thge dock without it. So if you're looking for incredible action April fishing here in Puerto Vallarta is where to be.
