The day began with the "Top Gun" fishing in the promising green edge in 130 feet of water on Saturday. Only one dolphin was caught in 30 minutes, so we headed South in search of clearer water. On our way we noticed frigate birds working the area and upon closer inspection, saw a couple of sailfish corraling ballyhoo. We casted a live bait on one and he immediately ate. One Sailfish released. Sight casting on sailfish is Awesome! I looked at the sounder and we were in 74 feet of water. I could see the bottom in the blue clear water.

We set up the SFE kites in this area and the final tally was 5 Sailfish releases out of 8 and 7 nice dolphin each weighing about 8 pounds.
