Miramichi River, New Brunswick - Freshwater Fishing Report

Last season was a very good year with record numbers of fish being hooked and high numbers put through the traps.
We should see a very good spring season from April 15th to May 15th for spring salmon returning to the ocean. Lets hope we have a good year with good water levels and cool temperatures.
We also saw a good run of sea trout go up the system on the Miramichi and Cain's River. Very nice to see high numbers in the trout.
