Snook spring into action

<p>Gusty to moderate winds, mother nature has been ex hailing for quite some time. I just hope april will be calm.
Well snook fishing is stellar In the river and lagoons. Sight fishing early morning has been blast. Lots of 20 to 26 inches but the bigger slot fish are holding on flats were deep water access is close by.
Docks and sea walls great areas to target snook, with jigs or live baits. Docks have been red hot in palm beach using bass assassin 4 inch baits. Bridges at low light hours great areas to work top water plugs for explosive strikes.
The big jacks are still abundant along the sea walls and docks. Top water heedon spooks at sunrise is a blast. As the sun gets overhead jigging or live baits freelined gets the drag screaming.
The trout bite is good along channels edged and up on the grass flats. Trout are taking jigs in dark colors. Ranging 1 to 5 pounds.
Sheepshead are every where you look lately. Pilings and sea walls best areas to hook a sheep. Fiddler crabs and shrimp best baits. Have had a few tipping the scales At 5 pounds.
Well that is the fishing report hope you all enjoyed. Remember you can't catch them from the couch so get out there and get hooked up. Tight lines! Capt. Craig korczynski, phlatsinshorefishing.com, 5616444371
