Lake Lucille, Alaska - Freshwater Fishing Report
Lake Lucille in front of Lake LucilleInn

I started fishing at about 5 pm. I only fished to about 6 pm. The fish were hard to find due to the low water temperature. I was looking for the on a sand bar because this time of year they often are spawning on the sand bars. I didn't find them. On every retrieve I brought in the crud from last year which made the fly look unnatural. I did eventually catch an eighteen inch rainbow.
