Now that the Rockland County, NY show is over we are only about a month away from the start of our "Spring Run"striped bass season on the Hudson River.As this is a spawning run the large bass will only be in the river for about 35 days. This year all trip prices will remain the same as 2009. We will be sailing from Saugerties NY as we have been for the past 30 years, offering Full Day- Half Day and Night Trips. Although setting a record is allways possible, at this time of the year many fish are boated in the 25 to 40 lb. class. On April 29, 2001 while fishing the Hudson River Spring Run for Striped Bass we boated the largest Striped Bass in New York for that year and tied the all time Inland Record at 54 Lbs 6 Oz. Captain Chuck holds a USCG Masters License and is fully insured of course.
