Fished 9/6 on the south shore water color was perfect with plenty of big hooks on the screen. I knew we were in the right spot that good things would happen.. For the first couple hours of the 6 hour charter it was we boated 4 of the 5 fish we had on then they just shut down.. Four of the five customers were happy the other was going over in his head what went wrong and why his got off.. Well the charter was now over and still 1 fish short so I told him we`ll troll towards home for a 1/2 hour and see what happens.. NOTHING!! That was until we started pulling rods when wham the biggest fish of the day hit. A 50 inch beast made going last no so bad.. Fish was caught on a bucktail 2oz. 80ft back on a board rod.. It`s not over until the last rod is in the boat haha Good Luck Captain Craig Miller (www.heatwavecharters.com)
