Bass and Crappie are in their fall patterns and getting better with time. This past week our better bass fishing has been in the mornings then most customers have wanted to crappie fish on the days when bass slowed after the morning bite. The bass have mostly come on fluke type baits and spinnerbaits fished through the grass and pads. Crappie are coming from the deeper creeks on jigs in the pads. We have brought in several 5 gallon buckets of crappie this week. Today water temps were from 59-63 degrees and the lake has come up about 4-5 inches.
