There was a short lull after the 3 day contest, lots of boats took Sunday and Monday off. The boats that did go out continue to catch good numbers of Sailfish and Dorado. Captain Bill on the Sailfish caught 10 Sailfish and a 450 pound Blue Marlin today.

The fishing report for offshore reads like a carbon copy of the past few days. The Sailfish bite is still booming 15-25 miles offshore. There's 30-40 boats going out everyday and almost all of them are catching double digit Sailfish and a couple Dorado.
Costa Rica Fishing Report - Jaco Beach - Los Suenosby Jerry Bubba Hallstrom (3/04/2008)
February is the busiest month in the marina at Los Suenos and the fishing has been very good with some great Sailfish numbers. The one week of rain we had slowed the bite for a few days and pushed the blue water and the bite out past 40 miles. After the full moon the boats that fished out past 40 were rewarded with some great days.
