The fish were a little picky today with bad water conditions for www.GuideNB.com on the Miramichi.

Some fish were caught but very few, the water was full of grass and very dirty in color and still lots of ice flowing down. We managed to hook a few up the Cains River at Salmon Brook and Weasel Brook.

I expect to see better conditions on the Cains River tomorrow with clearer water. And get hooked into some more Springer's.

Fish count day 8 April 22nd

Ron and Guide Rodney Colford 5 fish in boat.

Bill and Guide Gary Colford 1 fish in boat.

Paul and Guide Pat Colford 0 fish in boat.

Ray and Guide Malcolm McCormack 0 fish in boat.

Guide Rick Trinholm 0 fish in boat.

Cheers
