UP COMING FISHING:

Morehead City; Atlantic Bonito, false albacore, and bluefish are a few options up coming in April and May out of Morehead City, Beaufort and the Crystal Coast. I'll be fishing my 23 ft May Craft for all the above and more, join me!

Roanoke River; I have a limited number of days to get you in on some of the hottest striper fishing anywhere! Join on the Roanoke River at Weldon. I have openings April 26th morning ½ day only, May 1, 2 and 6 afternoon ½ days only, May 3, 4 and 5 for full or half days.

May and June; we'll have plenty of exciting fishing out of Oriental and Beaufort. Specks, reds, flounder, black drum and gray trout in Oriental, cobia, Spanish and king mackerel, bluefish, bonito, dolphin and bottom fishing trips for the family out of Beaufort.

NEWS: Spec Fever Guide Service has received a lot of national attention this season. Capt. Gary had appeared at the Saltwater Sportsman National Seminar Series for the third time this winter and he was a featured speaker at the "Cabin Fever" fly fishing show in Pittsburgh. Captain John Kumiski's new book "Redfish on the Fly a comprehensive guide" featured an interview and fishing information with Capt. Gary and Spec Fever Guide Service. Fly Fish America magazine listed Spec Fever as one of the 66 hottest areas to fish from the pole to the equator in their February article. Capt. Gary will appear as one of the featured speakers at the Virginia Fly Fishing Festival this April and he is slated to be listed as one of the 150 guides to fish with in the June issue of Field and Stream magazine this June. He also appeared on Discovery Channel Europe while fishing with "Fishing Road Trip USA" and Paul Young of Scotland….right out of Oriental.

Don't forget we offer boat trip on the Neuse River, from Oriental to Beaufort and to Cape Lookout National Seashore….birders, beach combers, dinners, shoppers…..it's a great way to sea the area!
