Now that the rains have sweetened the bay system, trout are busting out all over. The past week has produced the best catches I have seen since 2002.

East Bay, no matter where you seem to go is just full of big trout. We are really going to have a great spawn and it should happen this week.

Really doesn't seem to matter much what you throw or whether you wade or drift. Norton Sand Eel Jr.'s in Tequila Gold have been superb.

The bay seems to be in the best shape of the year. Trinity Bay is producing large numbers of trout among the wells and on both shorelines. Even West Bay has produced some really large trout in all the usual places.

Feel free to give me a call. If I'm booked, I can get you on with one of our Team Skeeter Pro's.
