The season has come and gone for Kings on Deep Creek. Once again we caught numerous fresh Kings from the banks of Deep Creek. Since the river is only open 3 consecutive weekends (Sat/Sun/Mon), starting Memorial Day weekend.

With no more than a handful of people on the banks, we were able to beat the crowds and catch tons of fish. The largest King netted was 37lbs while most fell into the 20lb category.

Ninilchick River remains open but the fishing is slow and the size of the fish is commonly no more than 10-12 pounds.
