We had success on all our trips this past week landing big, bright steelhead all around 9 to 11 pounds. The single exception was a 36 inch, 15 pound slug. Shane Wolfe of Battle Mountain, Nevada, was good enough to release this beast to fight again. The bite should even improve as river temperatures increase.
