Gulf Shores fishing in the winter can be awesome when the big bull redfish bite is on. Try hooking 20 pound plus redfish on light spinning tackle. Hang on and have some fun. Keep or release. Your choice. We always promote conservation hre in Gulf Shores but if you desire to keep some redfish for dinner that is fine. Gulf Shores is located next to Orange Beach. We depart Orange Beach and usually fish near the waters off Gulf Shores. We have caught some big redfish over the past two weeks that weighed from 18 - 25 pounds. This is Gulf Shores fishing at its best. These redfish should be around untill late March or early April. Come to Gulf Shores / Orange Beach, Alabama and enjoy some peace and quiet, great seafood, beautiful beaches and some awesome winter fishing. The Getaway offers great fishing spring, summer, winter and fall. Spring Break 2009 is near and we offer half day to full day fishing and cruising from 2 hours to 4 hours. Getaway Charters is the number one full time Gulf Shores fishing charter. We are all about fun and fishing.
