I had the pleasure of fishing with Ngai Smith of the French Market in New Orleans along with Lt. Reggie Jacques of NOPD.

It was breezy at first so we killed some time fishing the parking lot at the rocks. We put some fish in the box but it was slow and crowded. Capt. Jonathan headed out in the sloppy conditions and got on a good bite, calling us over.

We headed out and also were able to get the fish going. Fish were really pretty outside! The guys finished up another limit of solid trout by 9am and we headed back to the BSM.

These guys had a blast and also caught their personal biggest trout ever.

Capt. Jonathan also finished up with their 100 trout limit.

All fish were caught on live Boogie Shrimp under corks.

Fishing is ON, ON, ON!!! Now is the time we talk about every single year!! Even on the windiest of days here lately, it doesn't stop the ice chest from gettin' full up!
