Line sides Fishing has really slowed down this week. The full moon that we had at the beginning of the week had the fish feeding at night. There is a decent bite right at sun up and then again right before sun down and then in to the night.

Live bait seems to be producing best right now. But the key to catching fish on live bait is to keep your bait fresh. You need to change your baits every 5 min.'s if you are using shad. Fresh bait means more bites.

The south end of the lake is still the place to be. The water temps are a little cooler and the oxygen level is higher on the south end of the lake....

When fishing in the mornings and late afternoon use free lines and down lines to increase you chances for numbers. By midday go to down lines and start trolling your u-rigs...

The night bite right now is the best bite going on lake Allatoona right now. Find a main lake point anchor your boat in 35- 40 of water and put out your Hydro glows and http://www.hydroglow.com Down line shad...You will catch a mix bag of fish doing this. ( Stripers, Hybrid, White Bass, Crappie and cat fish ) This is a great trip for the kids......
