Name: Lake Baccarac Lodge

Hottest Baits: senkos, 1 oz spinnerbaits, topwater yellow magic

Hottest Colors: watermelon red senko and the white fluke

Date Fished: December, 2011

Comments: The trip this year was our best so far for big bass. Our group had 5 fish over 10 pounds, with a 10.92 being the largest. You had to work hard for the bass, but the average size was incredible. We quit counting the 7-9 pound largemouth. Hot baits were white magnum flukes, white spinnerbaits, and watermelon lizards and senkos. It is amazing fishing, when you fight a fish to the boat and say "darn it, another 7-pounder"! Thanks again for another great trip on Lake Baccarac.
