We had the Skip Newton party out for striped bass today. They managed to catch 7 shorts and 1 keeper bass at 30". We ran into a lot of big bluefish out there today upto 13 lbs. A total of 9 blues today. We fished right off the Keansburg buoy using clams. Skip had his 2 sons, Brent and Dylan and his nephew Ryan Schneider with him. Dylan was high hook and had the keeper bass. It was a great day, they had a ball catching fish and they were tired out and their arms were sore.
