I wanted to go hunting today, but the wife said we were going fishing. Glad she did, they were biting today. Also picked up a fly fisher when we arrived. So here's the scoop, Rod and Reel-Vibrax #4 silver spoon, pink bell. Fly- small pink.

Nice size Silvers in, had several bite, landed 3 + 1 jack. Fly fisher had only 1 pink fly, hooked a nice one on the first set, lost the fish into logs, hence no pink fly, he tried several other flies, got no reaction...they like pink!

Water levels have gone up some allowing the fish to go up, we watched them coming steadily into the hole we were fishing. Weather was great, it only rained once for about 5 minutes. Forecasting sun for the next few days! Get the poles out, let's go!
