I had the pleasure of fishing with Danny Alford of Baton Rouge along with his wife Beth.
When they got to the BSM, I showed them the radar and explained that the storms were building. I gave them the option to give it a crack or reschedule to another day. Danny was ready like Freddy and we were off!
Pretty much, we only had a narrow margin to work with squalls all around. First stop, was our best before it became a running game. Danny and Beth were able to box 35 trout before I decided it was time to pack it in. I do believe, Danny would've stayed all day! I look forward to having the opportunity to bring them again under better conditions.
All fish were caught on live shrimp and croakers under corks.
