April 21st/2007

After a week of fishing on the lower parts of the SW Miramichi River we have a raise in water and its making it better for boating but a little tuff for catching! But in a couple of days it should clear and get back to catching some nice ones. There is reports of the up river ice starting to come down today. The Upper Stretches were still frozen for the past week while the lower section was into fish for 7 days. Lets hope this will clear and give those fisherman up river a better chance of getting into a Springer.

Fish count day 6 April 20th
