Trout fishing has been hit or miss due to the wind and rain. Trout have been good in the ship channel on live bait fishing the drop offs. The problem with this is when a ship comes the water takes a couple of hours to settle out. The channel on the south end of the lake has been good for Trout and Flounder with some reds mixed in. Best bait has been white or chart. 4" Gulp swimming minnow on a 1/4 oz jig head fished along the bank. The best tide has been an incoming tide. Early morining has produced some nice fish on topwater. Best bait has been glow she dog. The jetties have been hit or miss due to the thunderstorms and the wind. When the weather has allowed the best bait has been 3/8 oz jig fished out away from the rocks either glow/chart or white ice. Topwater has also taken some nice fish throughout the day.
