Fishing on sabine lake is great i am fishing up north in bessie height marsh catching limits of trout and redfish on the flats chasing shrimp the fish are still up north to sabine river and black bayou with the cold fronts coming in 2 a week this will keep great fishing in sabine lake to stay great all month long. my best bite has been on out going tide and i am still working over the birds north to mid lake the sabine pass channel flounder fishing is great we are boxing flounder to 6 lbs also fishing the flats in sabine 2 to 4 ft water catching speckled trout to 6 lbs all Fish being caught on Stanley wedge tail shrimp under the birds also Browns Devil Eye Rigged With The New Truloc Jigheads 1/16 1/8 1/4 Made By Brown lures best colors pearl brown devil eye/ stanley glow/chart.
