The sabine pass jetties is great fishing right now for speckled trout to 6 lbs also redfish are mixed in with them i am fishing the rocks with stanley wedge tail shrimp glow/chart 1/4 jig s also the beach front is holding good numbers of trout running shrimp and fishing the birds on the beach the short rigs to the east and the west are holding go number of trout to 7 lbs. we have had limits of trout there also sabine pass channel speckled trout and flounder fishing is good fishing 2 to 6 ft water off points sabine lake on the louisiana shoreline also fishing the points and the 4 ft drops looking for mullet and shad the redfish are mixed in with the flounder . still fishing slicks on the bank boxing trout 4 lbs and also fishing the main lake and to the north end fishing over shad with the midcoast corks throwing fishbite shrimp with 3 ft leader popping the bait fast over bait.
