With all the fresh water in our bay system we are all excited that the wind has laid down enough to fish the surf for trout. Also lets say with the slow trout bite all sring and summer to be able and go out and catch a good box of fish in a short period of time is long overdue. Red fishing has slowed some as it does this time of the year and may become slower due to our high water levels. The bay system I don't think will lower as it normally will in late summer. This has scattered the redfish and has them high on the flats where most boats can't get to them. Tight Lines Capt. Mike www.reelfiddle.com
