we had the rich dragos charter out this morning with rich were friends lev, lena, and kostia, once in the bay we were greeted by a strong wind blowing near 30mph lasting the entire trip, the group had fun with the bass mostly shorts with lev landing the sole keeper at 32 inches, a good group of anglers who were able to hang in there the entire trip, capt Joe.
