Anther cold morning, I sure am getting tired of pulling some of my trucks half way around the lake to get them started every time I need one, I think I would much rather be plowing a little snow. Our ice road and access are in excellent shape no bridges or cracks of any kind today and hopefully for the rest of the season.

The walleye fishing is still very good with limits of slot fish very easy to come by, the crappie fishing on the other hand is just about what I expected it to be, spotty at best, seem like you can find a few fish but you can not stay on top of them for very long. I am afraid that the days of finding a good spot and then catching crappies all winter in that spot are over.
