Jim his 7 yr old grandson Dominick along with Mike and Mike painted the boat with reds today. Man the redfish were on fire The first stop and it was on, we had a 4 man limit on ice in 25 minutes AWESOME. We played catch and release with the bronze brutes all morning little Dominick was a RED FISH CATCHING MACHINE this little guy was wearing them out and had us laughing all day watching him fight those reds.. Could not keep them off the hook to get the trout, I was keeping track of how many we released and lost count around 60. I have not seen the reds like this in awhile it was a BLAST. Moved off the bank a little and started to pick up the trout BIG TROUT 2 to 5 lbs. The bite was not fast but steady and big fish. We stayed at it topping of the limit of reds with a bunch of trout until the 120 qt igloo would hold no more. All fish were caught on Bayside plastics Skeleton shads and Shadlyn's in chartreuse, glow, and electric chicken under corks and titelined.
