[Lake Erie,OH] We still have many days left before we have to start thinking about putting the boats away for the season. It is now time to plan for some time on Lake Erie for some great perch and walleye fishing.
Lake Erie - Kelleys Island & Bass Island Fishing Report (8/12/2009)
[Lake Erie,OH] The month of August is proving to be one of the best August in many years. Limits to excellent catches of perch and walleye are being taken. Weather has been great!

[Lake Erie,OH] Walleye Fishing is Picking Up! Weather has played a role in a slow start, but fishing is starting to pick up and numbers are improving daily. A lot of wind and cool weather have kept the water temperature colder than usual. A few warm days and evenings will help.
Yellow Perch (10/02/2007)
[Lake Erie,OH] Many limit catches of Yellow Perch are being taken East of the Kelleys Island Shoal Can in 44 to 46 ft of water. Spreaders with minnows are working the best one or two cranks off the bottom.

[Lake Erie,OH] Even though our charter season is over, the unseasonable warm weather has allowed fishing by many with smaller trailerable boats and fishing from shore.
