Headed South again this morning only to find a pick on the Stripers. Had a few shots here and there, just enough to keep us looking around...Got a call about some life way back up to the North, the same area that was checked out first thing in the AM. Both Capt. Rob (sea hunter) and myself figured we had nothing to loose, so we took off...glad we did. Plenty of bird life, lots of readings, lots of fish. Managed a few keepers out of it and bailed the day out! Never hurts to go the extra mile!!! Doesn't look good, weather wise for a few days. Will decide what to do for the middle of the week on tuesday....hopefully today wasn't the swan song! Another special Thank you to Sherman Smith, Manny Silva and "Fireman" John Andreychak, for their more than generous donation to SSFFF......Happy New Year to all!!! capt.ron
