The fishing has been very consistent this weekend out of Delacroix. The trout have been feeding and filling the ice chest. The action has slowed in the early AM the last few days, but came on strong as the morning progressed. The trout have been small, 12-18" but they are solid fish and good eaters. We have also been picking up a handful of redfish, black drum and flounder at the same spots. All fish have wanted artificial cocahoes on 3/8 ounce jigheads. We have had live shrimp under corks and carolina rigged, but it has been producing undersized trout. The artificial slow rolled and bumped off the bottom has been the ticket to limits of trout. The tidal range looks good this week and we will be back after them. Good luck this week!
