Had a shot of fish right off the bat this morning before all the traffic took it's toll.

Fished the ocean which was a bit nasty with the last of the outgoing but we were picking away on each drift. Some birds working but the readings produced the fish.

Best of the bite came after the change of tide in the afternoon all on jigs.

John Wester, Piscataway, N.J., a Catch and Release fishermen, lead the way with 13 beauties all going back...Troy Geiss, Middletown, N.Y. landed his best so far and our biggest this spring with a great 35 pound fish.

Crocs and Shads once again were the hot lure.

Several limits and some customers with none......We are Chartered this Saturday morning. Thanks! Capt.ron
