Gene Dugas

Robbie and Greg with Scotch Plywood of Alabama brought their son's Hamilton and Edward down to Hopedale for their first time. The 2 little guys' played baseball game the night before and came in and slept in the truck and were rearing to go at daylight. I headed to where I limited out the day before only to find the north wind blowing and rough seas and 1 trout. Pounded back in side and got on some birds and the trout were flying in the boat. Hamilton said this KAOS! They were having a blast. Put a bunch on ice and headed for the marsh to get the reds. Several stops and then pay dirt found some tide moving across a point with hungry redfish stacked up. The drags were running and Edward and Hamilton were running up and down the boat catching up the reds it was KAOS again. Limited on the reds and headed in. AWESOME DAY I had so much fun with these kids, that is what it is all about they made my day.

45 trout
