The ocean started to lay down today and the fish were active. Five Blues and nine Stripers up to 35 inches in two hours. I didn't have any bookings for trips today so I went out on my own, which I do every time that I am free so that I am able to be on top of any changing habits. Well, the fish were where they should have been. Today I only needed 8 oz. to hold bottom. I would have stayed longer but my younger teenage cousin wants me to go to his baseball game.
