Fun day in the Shell Beach marsh today. A group of 10 from The Southern National Financial came down for some Fishing With the King fun. Capt. Frank and I each had 5 anglers on board. Capt. Frank headed over to the Lake Robin area and I headed by Hopedale lagoon. Capt. Frank found dirty water over there, so he wasted no time in jumping on over to the Biloxi Marsh. Live shrimp under a cork put the fish in the boat, not eating up steady enough for a great catch. In my boat we started of where we got them yesterday, but it was slow. We made a few stops in the area fishing hard and had 10 or so Trout and a bunch of Sheepshead to show for. I also bailed out of plan A and headed over to the Biloxi Marsh side. There we got on a good Trout bite, and started to fill the box. We had to leave the fish biting so we could get the fish cleaned so the crew could hit the road on time. Everyone had a great time fishing and being on the water on a gorgeous day to be out. Total catch for the group was 130 Trout and 30 Sheepshead.
