Hunting Daddy Style!
If you have been reading my stories you already know that my father was a 'Great Hunter!' And we ate everything that he shot no matter what! With all of that being said, 'my father's plan when he shot something was that he never wanted to chase it down. He wanted it to drop where it was!' According to Daddy all game that dropped immediately tasted better when cooked. Since all of the wild game that he cooked tasted good to me I couldn't argue when he made that statement. I might add that he always put plenty of ketchup gravy on all so-called wild game as well as most of everything else that he cooked. I also have to admit that as far as I was concerned it all tasted the same! Bringing to light that there is a whole bunch of truth to the saying, 'the secret is in the sauce!'
