Hopedale Marsh
Lots of fun Sunday on the Beach. Jerry, Bill, Greg, and Mason were onboard for the day. Conditions were nice for a change except for the low water. The temps were warmer and the wind was mild. We started off drifting Hopedale Lagoon with Bayou Chubs and Gulps under a cork. It did not take long for the corks to start going down and Trout to come to the boat. The action was not fast, but it was steady. We kept on drifting and picking away at the Trout as the fish box was filling. With 80 nice Trout on ice the guys called it a day. They had plenty of fish and were headed to their deer camp where they were going to have a big fish fry that afternoon. They guys were a lot of fun to fish with and they had a great time.
