Jason, Sammy and Wendal from the PFF made a trip to Hopedale Looking to put some fish in the box. That is what they got along with a sunburn boy was it HOT! Started out slow the trout had vanished from where I caught them yesterday but that is fishing, back on the hunt. I made a big move about 5 miles to west Black Bay at large rig and found the trout hungry. First it was deep 4 ft under corks then we switched to the bottom with shrimp on Carolina rigs. Not fast but steady action and the box was filling up. After the trout slowed to a crawl we headed for the marsh after reds. Caught a lot of small drum and reds but got a few nice keepers to top off the box. Great day and PFF crew were a blast we cut up and had lots of laughs too!
