Don Luedke brought his son Evan and grandson Zack down to sample some Louisiana REDFISH and SPECKLED TROUT action. Well the foggy conditions had the guy's driving form Miss a little late but no problem. Don wanted reds so reds it was to be. First shoreline we trolled it didn't take long and the drags were a running. The gold spoons and some TOP WATER action too was doing the job. Before long we had a bunch in the box. Don said that was enough and wanted to catch and release and maybe get few trout too. Well changed up and fished little off the bank and had some nice 3 lb plus trout to top of the box. We caught fish all morning long. The guy's put 35 reds in the boat only keeping 11 for the grill along with 20 fine trout and I lost count on the ones released. Awesome day Don said he will be back for sure.
