Last week we tried for a sailfish, but couldn't raise any. We did catch Kingfish and a lot of sharks. Had a whale shark come up to the boat; we caught some cobia off it. The water is still a little warm; What sailfish action there was. happened from Davis to Conch reef.

On Sunday, I went out snapper fishing. The people were from Colorado and wanted eating fish to take home. The best action was down off of Duck Key. We limited the boat out with yellowtails, nice size gray snappers and muttons. There were some mackerel there but not like the week before. As the water continues to cool this type of fishing will only get better.
