Gene Dugas

3-3-07 –Eddie, Jay, and Kevin the SILVER BULLETS from Coors Beer drove their motor home down to Hopedale and were ready to fish. We were greeted by a pretty stiff west wind and low tide conditions would make it a tough day. Caught a few at the first stop but that was it. A couple moves later we found a trout bite doing the drift with popping corks. Stayed with it putting some trout on ice. Ran around bit looking but finding no trout, Switched gears and hit Reliable redfish spot and soaked some dead shrimp under corks for awhile. The bite was slow but steady, Drums and Reds mixed but good enough to stay with. Put together good box of mixed fish on a tough day. These guy's were a blast we laughed all day, they were enjoying being out and the fish were extra. Looking forward to their next trip soon.
