Sitting on the dock of the Bay!
My cousin Janice and her fishing friend Deidri took a "fishing holiday." Actually I should say, "needed to get away day!" Their plan was to do a little dock sitting while wetting a few hooks. After baiting up with night crawlers, putting their bait offering on the bottom the "Dock sitting, somewhat fishing relaxation began!"
Janice's first desire in the fishing department was to do a little float fishing. However, due to the windy conditions it was ascertained that bottom fishing with the best option. As Janice and Deidri sat they talked putting "fishing not catching" in the back of their minds. Well, as with all good fish stories this one fits quite well.
While fishing, but not really trying "this duo" landed 3 nice stripped bass, had several hits as well as some real nice big fish runs. When they decided to bottom fish they figured "a catfish would come a knocking!" However, in this case when the wind blows the "bottom is a rockin!" Thanks go out to Janice and Deidri for a great fishing report! Not only that, but giving us suggestions for turning a windy non-biting day into to bonus catching day!
