Rory Rorison

Three day report from the Beach. On Sunday I had Andre Barron and his son Jarred on the boat. It was slick calm out in the Sound, but the water was dirty. We made couple of stops and put some quality Trout in the boat on what little live shrimp we were able to get. We came in and fished in Eloi and got on a good bite of Trout on the minnows. They had a great time and brought back 60 Trout, 1 Red, 1 Drum, and 2 Sheepshead.

Monday I had Tommy Morrison, Paul Kunce, Scott Collins, and Kyle Collins. At our first stop the Trout were eating up and the guys put over 40 Trout in the boat fast, then the bite stopped. We hopped around Eloi picking up one here and one there. At our last stop we caught a couple of Trout, but it was slow. You could see shrimp popping in the water and I knew once the tide would start to move the Trout would turn on. As I thought the Trout turned on and the action was fast. The guys had a blast outing 117 Trout and 1 Red on ice.

Tuesday Leo Richly, his son Connor, and David Faust were onboard. The wind was blowing from the south so we stayed in close in Eloi. The guys had some decent action early on some very nice Trout with minnow under a cork. Once this action stopped we made several moves and did manage to find some big Trout at one rig. The action was slow, but the Trout were very nice. The fish never did turn on, but they a good time catching 35 quality Trout and 1 Red.

WE HAVE 4 BOATS WAITING TO TAKE YOU ON YOUR NEXT FISHING ADVENTURE. OUR LODGE SLEEPS 19 ANGLERS, just steps from the boats. Check out the photos of the quality fish we have been on. Give us a call at 504 887 4960 or 504 881 9966 (cell). You'll be glad that you did!!
