Pierre brought the Pools-N-Stuff gang to Hopedale for some trout fishing. The NE wind was a whipping. Things stared slow worked lake Ameda in several area's only few trout. Then I decuiced to drift across the whole lake wind and waves and all. Drop the drift sock and started picking up the troit in the rough stuff. It had to be under cork to get a bite. The guys were having fun catching steady with a lot of throwbacks but nice fish too. After a few drifts they had 75 in the box and we called it a day. Great day and did not have to run far in the cold to do it too.
