WIND! WIND! WIND!
FISH! FISH! FISH!
Windy again what’s new? Troy, Bob, Larry, and Guy from Denham Springs Did a great job of putting fish in the box today under tough conditions. Started the morning heading to the outside but changed plans with the chop and decided to stay on the fringes. Live shrimp and Bayside Plastic Shrimp under corks and staying on the move did the trick. Pursued the trout getting some here and there but nothing great. Around 10:30 changed gears and went after the reds and drums which were in a better biting mood. Live and Dead shrimp did the job, but we had to move a lot 1 to 2 fish per point and move on. That was the pattern and the guys filled the 120 qt igloo. Headed in at 2:00 with a nice box of fish despite the wind.
