Bob Morrell

Set out this morning with Steve, Jimbo, Ralph (Craig overslept and missed his ride ) for the Tasty Founder.

Again we hit the Navesink, chummed heavy and the fish reponded first drop yielded 6 keepers and 3 throw backs........second and third drops had 4 keepers each and a few throw backs, again we boated 2 short bass 18 & 20" thrown back to grow bigger.

Finished the day in the Shrewsbury added 3 more keepers. Largest fish of the day was 16 1/2 " smallest was 10". Good day on the water did rain (maybe somebody will listen to the Capt next time and bring rain gear ) but it was off and on and the water was flat.

Clams and Sandworms out produced Bloodworms today....water was 45'
