Was tinkering around the boat when I got a call from Pete and Jim part of a group that got weathered out on Saturday.

Capt you free? Like to go for Flatties as we played hooky from work. Told Pete sure meet me at boat in an hour.

Ran home picked up the Chum and bait and off we went. Gorgeous day to be on the water.

Things started a little slow picked on fish in the first hour, just about ready to move and the bite started. Picking fist steady for the next 90 min.

Days total was 18 Keeper Flatties (3 thrown back) and 4 short Bass to 22" thrown back..

Not a made dog bite but good steady fishing. Boys were happy they played hooky.

Nice pile of Fillets for a few dinners.

Booked the rest of this week, still Day's open for Flatties (get them before they scoot...the Blues have shown up) and Stripers.

Sorry no pics, in my rush the camera was left on the kitchen counter.
