Today we had on board the Monahan Family, 10 year old Birthday Boy Aiden-his 12 year old brother Mike, their Dad Mike and Grandpop Vince. Conditions were great, Tad cloudy and light Fog in the morning. Target was Blues for the Boys.

Left the Dock and it was not long before we were knee deep in 3-6 lb Blues. Boys were boating fish as fast as the could reel, Dad and Grandpop were right in there with them. Boxed enough Blues for a feast and then played catch and release for the next hour.

Headed out in search of larger quarry. On the way to the grounds saw the Bunker Boats sweeping the Bay clean.

Got in the area were we wanted to be and found Blues in the 10-14 lb class busting water. Got into the fish and was only moments and the boys were hooked up. All was going well until boats started driving right into the middle of the fish. Result, fish sounded and broke apart.

Things slowed a bit after that, went on the Cunk and troll. Headed back in at 1230 for Aiden and the family to continue the Birthday celebration. Happy Boys, Happy Dad, Happy Grandpop...........Day was a 10 plus!
