Well it was our annual Turkey's Going Fishing Trip with Capt Mike, Mate Matt, Jim Poopsy, and me.

Rounded the Hook at about 0715 and had pods of birds working from the False Hook, between the channels and Ambose. Spririts were indeed high. A tad chilly, but all were dressed warm, wind was hawking a tad out of the NW and made the drifts real fast with the outgoing.

Set up and started jigging, couple small Blues and a few short Bass. Moved around a bit and worked a few more areas and again small Blues and short Bass.

Broke out the wite and threw the umbrellas over, sometimes we wouldn't even get the line out were i wanted it and we had fish on. Spent the rest of the day pulling wire.

Total was around 16 Blues tossed back, 28 or so short Bass returned to grow and three keepers 28 to 28 1/2".

A great time with great people......does not get any better than that Then it was off to Turkey, Wine and Pumpkin Pie

CApt Bob did manage to drop the camera on the deck (hands were cold)after a couple pic's, so now the Capt's little woman knows what he needs for Christmas.

Sincerley hope everyones Thanksgiving was as great as ours
